    All Glitteray, all our jewellery are handmade. This means that no two, even if made by the same artisan, are exactly alike. This is the beauty of handmade goods.

    All items are either their natural colour (Silver ), Yellow or Rose Gold plated - using approved plating techniques. All pictures are shown for illustration purposes only and actual product may vary slightly. All sizes are approximate. Again, because everything is handmade, some piece may be a little bit smaller - or larger - than expected. It is never anything drastic but should be noted.

    With all of this in mind, please know that we do not sell any item that does not meet our quality standards for finish, size, or colour. We do our best to ensure all images on the site accurately reflect the finished product.

    1. What is the metal used?
    Each piece we sell is carefully hand made by our artisans in our workshop. Our craftsmen create the jewelry with 925% silver and keep it to the closest percentage.


    2. How can I pay for an online purchase?
    Glitteray accepts credit and debit card, Visa, Master and mintpay.lk. Use our secured payment gateway to make your purchase.


    3. Which parts of Sri Lanka do you deliver?
    We currently offer delivery Island wide.


    4. Do I have to pay for this service?
    Yes. Please refer delivery charge sheet to know the amount chargeable to your area.


    5. What are the payment options for Cash On Delivery (CoD)?                        Cash on Delivery (Western & Southern Province)

    6. How long does it take to deliver a product?
    Colombo City Limits 3 working days.
    Suburbs 3-4 working days.
    External 5-6 working days
    International 7-10 working days


    7. What is the process for an International delivery?
    For our International customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered via our secured courier partner , ARAMEX. You will receive the tracking number via email.
    The shipping charges for our international customers are charged at checkout.


    8. What is the option if no one is at home when the courier person comes?
    The courier service will try 3 times to deliver the product to you. On the failure of the third attempt the package will be returned back to Glitteray. The customer will bare all costs to have the product resent after the failure of the third delivery attempt.


    8. Did my order go through?
    After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS. If you do not receive this email and are unsure if your order went through, please contact Customer Service at +94771126027


    9. How long does it take to process exchanges?
    Exchanges are processed within 48-72 hours after returning to our facility. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your jewellery will be replaced within 7-10 working days.


    10. How can I repair or resize a product?
    You can return it via courier service (at your cost) and the Glitteray customer service will resolve your need.
     
    11. I'd like to return something I bought. What's the procedure?
    We are happy to offer a 15-day, exchange policy (with online refunds for online payments and COD payments) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached. The refund is made available only if the product as a manufacturing default at point of collection or if the store cannot provide a replacement within 7 days.
    The only exception is for personalized pieces or SALE items, which unfortunately are final sale only.
